Since 2023, RGR Consulting has been providing turnkey construction consulting for all aspects of residential and multi-family building. With a specialization in custom built luxury homes, we help to identify properties for acquisition, source architects and general contractors, and provide project management and documentation. RGR Consulting can manage any and all aspects of the building process as requested.

Founded by Ryan G. Rifkin

Ryan Rifkin has been in the construction industry for 15 years, with a specialization in luxury custom home building. He began his career working in real estate development, including but not limited to value-add analysis, acquisition and disposition, and property management. In 2018 he transitioned to management of ground up and remodel construction projects. With the aformentioned acquired knowledge, Ryan created RGR Consulting to assist home buyers and contractors alike in all aspects of the industry.
